The hair follicles at the back of the head are not sensitive to the effects of dihydratestosterone, where as the hair on the top of your head is. Because they are not sensitive to DHT they will continue to grow healthy hair in the recipient area just as they would have in there original place. These hair follicles will continue to produce healthy hair after transplantation to the recipient area.
